What To Expect

Lempuyang Temple

The temple is actually made up of seven different sanctuaries and visiting all of them takes about 4 hours. The temples of Mount Lempuyang are considered to be one of the “six sanctuaries of the world” or the six holiest worship places on Bali. The good news is that in order to get to the Bali Heaven Gate or Pura Penantaran Agung Temple you only have to climb a few stairs. Before entering the temple, you will meet a local man who will sprinkle some water over your forehead as a blessing. Facing the famous Bali the heaven gate is the temple which is forbidden to enter and not even to climb the middle stair under religious purpose, but we may still take the picture in front of the itself.
As you know how famous this temple, and in order to taking a picture at heaven gate, the local people there organize a waiting list for the visitor. Normal duration to getting our turn for a photo shoot will take us around 2 hours. We can take you around the area, or we may wait in the gazebo which they have.

Tirta Gangga

You will see the designed and constructed by Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem, the last King of Karangasem from 1948 architecture features by tiered fountains, gardens, and stone sculptures of mythical creatures spouting water into bathing pools.

Tukad Cepung Waterfall

Of all the Bali waterfalls, Tukad Cepung Waterfall is one of the most unique and magical one we visited. We will take around 15 minutes one way to get to the waterfall. On sunny days light rays stream into the cave, illuminating the waterfall in an almost magical fashion. Although Tukad Cepung is a relatively well hidden waterfall, in recent years it has become something of an Instagram hot spot thanks to its unique location. It’s a truly beautiful spot to visit and capture your best moment in Bali.

Tegalalang Rice Terrace

We might not spot the rice terraces straight away, as they are tucked behind the many restaurants and cafes on the edge of the rice terraces. But once we cross them, we will be in awe. Entering the rice terraces can often easily be done by going through one of the cafes. From here we can follow the steps down and walk along the paths leading you further into the rice fields. Along the paths you will find donation boxes to contribute to maintaining the paths through the rice fields, you are free to leave some money, but it is not mandatory.
