Tanah Lot Temple
Ever wanted to spontaneously book a tour on the same day you take it? This short walking tour will have you visiting the iconic Tanah Lot Temple in just two hours! This is perfect if you only have a couple of hours to spare. You can also choose from multiple start times for a time that suits you.

The Tanah Lot Temple (also called ‘Pura Tanah Lot’ by the locals) translates to ‘Land in the Sea’ and is a sacred complex with origins in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. The wooden structure was built on a large coral rock that was once a part of the main island of Bali. However, due to erosion, the temple is now slightly separated from the main island. It is one of the seven sea temples built along the coast of Bali as well as an important pilgrimage site for Hindus.

Go on a guided tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide who will help you explore one of the most sacred places in Bali. Learn about the significance of this holy temple for the locals and hear about the legends.
