What To Expect

Mount Batur

We begin at the village of Kedisan, on the strato-volcano’s southern foothills. Sitting on the edge of Danau Batur (Lake Batur), the charming settlement boasts views of the crater and its surrounding peaks. The briefing will commence here, after which we will gear up and start riding! Our local guide will lead us through Batur UNESCO Global Geopark, unique for being a “caldera within a caldera”. The two craters present a complete volcanic landscape with walls, cones, geothermal phenomena, a lake, lava flows, and more. Hot springs fall under this unique terrain, and we will be stopping at one afterwards to soothe our muscles after the adventure.

Kintamani Highland

At the viewpoint up top, we’ll pause to admire and photograph panoramic views of the highlands and Mount Agung from a distance. We’ll then continue to Edelweiss Park – a community-developed flower garden covering an area of 31 acres.

Toya Devasya Resort & Spa

Our final stop is the Toya Devasya Hot Spring Wellness Resort. We’ll dig into a delicious smorgasbord lunch here before taking a dip in the pools. Seven basins await at this scenic resort and spa complex, the best of which are the outdoor infinity pools dropping off into the volcanic vista! We’ll be sending you home totally recharged and rested after a morning of intense fun.
