Experience 1,000 birds, 250 different species and 1 great day out. Bali Bird Park is home to the largest and finest display of Indonesian birds in the world including the rare Bali Starling and the exotic Birds of Paradise. The park’s lush two-hectare tropical garden is also home to a colorful array of birds from parrots, peacocks, hornbill, cranes, pelicans, flamingos and many others, exhibited in their recreated natural habitats, complete with indigenous plant life. Be amazed of how near you can be with hundreds of feathered residents that meander through the garden such as the graceful African Crowned Cranes, often with their chicks in tow, one example of Bali Bird Park’s successful breeding program. This park opens daily from 9 am until 5.00 pm.

Colorful and fun!
Interactive and a sight to see :)
Calm experience with tons of colorful birds of various species. We were able to feed them after a bird show. The host of the show was very cheerful and made it a fun time. We got pictures with the birds & entertaining for all ages!
Perfect for kids, very good for adults.
Disclaimer : see programme on website and plan visit to see all the shows. Shows are important part of the visit. "basic instinct" should definitely be in your visit.
Review : Park itself isn't big, but the show-looking-show-looking pattern just can't leave you unsatisfied. Birds look cared and loved. This place would be perfect for kids since even adult me were excited
Excellent Park! A highlight of Bali!

Amazing interactive experience! Way better than a zoo! Many bird shows and opportunities to interact with the birds! A huge variety of birds that you would never see anywhere else, with a successful breeding program established there! A highlight of our trip to Bali!
- allow a minimum of 3.5 hours to see the park thoroughly and to catch most of the shows.
- also, definitely go see the Bali Reptile Park (right next door, separate admission, takes about an hour and a half to tour): fascinating and well worth the money!
We went there last week with our students and the staff very helpful and super nice. Surely will come back again. Thank you
A nice option to stop by while going to/from Ubud
This was the second time I visited this place and I'm admittedly biased as a parrot lover! It does seem like a good stop when going to/from Ubud especially if coupled with the next door Reptile Park.
It definitely is a small park but the shows and interactive encounters do add on to the experience. Typical for bird parks, there are a couple walk-in aviaries where you can get closer with some of the birds. You have opportunities to take pictures with macaws and eclectus parrots and there's always a few peafowl, pelicans, and other avians wandering around the grounds.
My only issue was the quality of the souvenirs. Some of the magnets still had markings on where to cut the wood while some that used pictures of birds were noticeably pixelated.
