You will be amazed at how fast you can learn to hold your breath for more than 2 minutes and dive 20 meter deep.

FREEDIVER BEGINNER COURSE AIDA 2 is the introduction to the fascinating world of freediving. This is the most satisying course to start in order to be able to freedive in a safe and rewarding way.
The Aida 2 course includes the Aida 1 level part so you do not need to complete the try freediving course to start the beginner course.
