I highly recommend this course to anyone who likes the idea of diving but the only thing I’d note : leave time in the evenings after your dives to do the online theory and quizzes !

I entered the PADI open water diving course on my own (female, 22) a little bit nervous but the experience showed me I had nothing to worry about.
I was paired with another solo learner and we had Ketut as our instructor. Ketut was amazing. He was patient and didn’t rush anything, and always checked we were okay and that we understood information and skills before carrying on.
We got to see many different corals, fish, stingray, octopus and turtles on our open water dives & the lunch included was also nice.
Amazing experience !
Dream come true

I signed myself up for PADI open water diver 3 day course from Aug 8-10. The first day of the course was conducted in the pool. The second day was 2 open water dives at the USS Liberty shipwreck site in Tulamben. The third day was 2 open water dives at Padang Bay. It has been a lifelong dream to learn to scuba dive, and I am very happy that I chose Bali Diving to fulfill my dream. My dive instructor's name was Nyoman, and his slow and steady personality was crucial to instilling calmness amongst the students. His instruction was clear, and sufficiently flexible to take care of different capabilities in his class, without sacrificing safety throughout the course. The rental equipment which was all included were all in good working condition. The open water diving at the shipwreck and at Padang Bay were breathtaking, and I am totally in love with diving, and definitely will sign up for the PADI advanced diver course whenever I find the time. I am so happy I took this course, and that I took this course at Bali Diving.
Great intro to the diving world

Ferry was my instructor. I always wanted to get certified, but was a little nervous about it. Ferry put me at ease with his kind, friendly demeanor and knowledgeable approach to my learning experience. Top it off my drivers Arin and Ary were very efficient, friendly and let me stop to take pictures on the way to the dive sites. The food provided was also very good. They had coffee and water available. I had a great experience and my friend dived with them the very next day. I even made a friend with the dive shop kitten Luna. I would say the experience was more than adequate for a beginner.
My Open Water Course is Amazing

I had my diving course and did my first dive with Bali Diving. At first, I learned it in the swimming pool, then to Padang Bai, and Tulamben (USAT Liberty Shipwreck). And it's so much fun!

As someone with zero diving experience, the explanation from the dive instructor, Bli Ketut Latra, was very clear and easy to understand. Whenever I felt nervous, he could calm me down and made me excited to master the diving skills. Bli Ketut was also fun to talk with during the trip. He is the best!

The staff from Bali Diving are also very friendly and helpful. They have diving masks for people with glasses (my eyes are -4). And at that time I was able to use it at no extra cost! However, there was additional cost for the diving documentation.

During the diving course, everything had been prepared: transportation, diving equipment, lunch. I just needed to bring a towel and sunscreen.

Anyway, I highly recommend Bali Diving for anyone who wants to learn or try diving.

Thank you, Bali Diving!
Great experience

My partner and I recently completed our PADI open water course with Nyoman.
We really enjoyed the the course and loved the experience, Nyoman was a patient, calm and very professional instructor. I always felt very safe in the water with him (I was a little nervous at first).
All the staff at Bali diving were friendly and I’d recommend them.
