Botanical Garden
Set amongst lush tropical forests in the mountains of Ubud, Bali. Bagus Jati's tropical gardens offer guests uninterrupted views of mountains, valleys and lush tropical flora and fauna.
The earth here blossoms with indigenous fruits of papaya, bananas, coconuts and mangoes as well as organic vegetables and herbs, of which many are also used in our spa treatments for medicinal healing.

Immerse yourself in the tropical surroundings of this serene hideaway and discover gourmet dining at its best. Cooled by natural breezes, the restaurant offers a spectacular valley of the river valley, gardens and Mount Agung. The restaurant serves 20 guests per seating. An unforgettable evening awaits, with a fine selection of dishes and wines from Asia, Australia and Europe. Among specialties is Risjtafel (in English "Ricetable"). It is a composition of Indonesian delicacies enjoyed most by the colonial Dutch. For many visitors it is the preferred way to sample the variety of the Indonesian cuisine. Special diets are tailored to individual needs, e.g. weight reduction, digestive disorders etc. All vegetables are organically grown on the Jati resort, observing strict ecological principles.
Iswari Pool Cafe
The "Valley of Enchantment" overlooks the Jati River and waterfall, below the main pool. Poolside Iswari Cafes offers complimentary cool towels and fresh fruit in the afternoon. The pool bar serves cocktails and fresh juices, lunch and snacks.

Jati River Waterfall & Natural Pool
Follow the winding path from the main swimming pool down into a lush fern forest. From there, descend stone steps that lead to a deep mysterious natural ravine where an unforgettable spectacle awaits!
From high above among the rocks, overgrown with exotic bio-diversity you can experience gigantic ferns, moss, lichens and soft leafed tropical trees and flowers, while a glittering 3.0 meter waterfall of water cascades down into a natural swimming pool and on past a beautiful Pura (temple) where the village Hindu priests offer blessings on special occasions.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, HotelRentalGroup offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is received 16 days or more prior to arrival, then there will no penalty fees (this does not apply during high season)
- If cancellation is received 15 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will be charged as a penalty fee (this may vary depending on the time of the year).
Children Policy
- Children aged between 2 and 10 years of age are granted a 30% discount of transfer, excursions and package tours provided that they share room with adults. A maximum of 2 children per party are granted such discounts.
- Children requiring their room own are charged as adults.
Liability
Hotelrentalgroup acts as intermediary between all airlines, hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Hotelrentalgroup is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
