Location. Sheraton Bandara, a business class hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia, is adjacent to Cengkareng Golf Course and three kilometers from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Hotel Features. Sheraton Bandara's white lobby features high ceilings, potted palms and a large, ornate chandelier. The hotel also includes a Balinese garden with flower beds and a fountain. The hotel offers three restaurants serving Indonesian, Asian and seafood dishes. A café offers coffees, pastries and sandwiches. The four-story hotel's 220 guestrooms offer Sheraton's signature Sweet Sleeper (SM) Bed, which includes 230-thread count sheets, feather-and-down or allergy sensitive pillows, polyfill duvets and fleece blankets. Amenities include high-speed Internet access for a fee, 32-inch LCD televisions, CD and DVD players. Rooms also include complimentary bottled water, minibars and refrigerators. Balconies provide garden or lake views.
Expert Tip. Taman Mini is a 250-acre complex that includes replicas of attractions and notable features from Indonesia's 27 provinces. The centerpiece is an artificial lake. The park includes 10 gardens, numerous museums, a variety of architecture and an aerial tram. The park is open from mid-morning to late afternoon Tuesday through Sunday. Admission is IDR18,075 (US$2).
